Everything we make is built to order like your name, your sizing, your design. So no, we can't do blanket refunds the way a regular shop would. That's just the nature of custom work, and it's true of pretty much everyone doing what we do.
Look, "no refunds" on its own means nothing. Anyone can write that. Here's what we actually do when something goes wrong.
If it arrives damaged, doesn't fit, or there's a fault somewhere in the making of it, we remake it and send you a new one. That's the policy. Message us with a photo or two and we'll sort it from there. Things go wrong sometimes and honestly that's fine, we'd just rather fix it than argue about it.
For non-custom items, returns and exchanges work pretty normally. Wrong size or colour, we can sort it. Fastest route is usually to place a new order for what you actually want and return the original for a refund. Or send it back first and we'll get the replacement out once it lands with us. If you're doing an exchange anyway, bundle your replacement with anything else you need so you're only paying one shipping fee. International customers, the new order route is quicker and cleaner.
Practical things worth knowing: returns need to come back within 30 days. We stretch that to 30 days after Christmas for anything bought in the lead-up to December. Tags should still be attached, items folded reasonably, packed securely. Pop your order number and reason for returning inside the parcel. Outside the EU? Mark it "Returned Goods" on the customs form or you'll likely get hit with extra charges.
